What to Expect

Once you submit your request, Alexa will reach out to confirm she received it and coordinate a time to meet your family. Before that meeting, she will also send you her childcare résumé and references so you can review her experience as you consider her services.

After determining that it’s a great fit, Alexa will share access to her private Calendly link. From there, you can easily check her availability anytime you anticipate a gap in coverage — including short‑notice needs and last‑minute emergencies. You’ll see exactly when she’s available, with all booked times kept completely private.

Hourly Rates & Travel Fees

Hourly Rates

• $20/hr — 1 child

• $25/hr — 2 children

• $30/hr — 3 or more children

Travel Fees

• +$25 travel fee for bookings beyond 60 miles

• Gas‑tank refill fee for bookings up to 100 miles (or when distance requires a full tank)
